How to hide students In Parent and Student Portals using their Status Tag

• Navigate to the Portal Options page and select the Miscellaneous tab
• In the provided Hide students in Parent Portal. Enter tags to hide field, enter the status tags (e.g., I, *, N) that should be hidden
• To hide the Active tag, add a comma followed by a space at the end of the string
• Students with matching status tags will be hidden from the Parent and Student Portals.
• These hidden students won’t appear in the Change Student menu within the portal.
• This setting can be customized for each school
• Leaving the field blank will display all status tags to parents and students
