When Parents/Guardians are going through the Parent Data Confirmation process they are not seeing the Authorizations tab

Causes

1. On the Portal Options page under Parent Data Changing and then Authorizations there is no Date populated for Display AUT Values Effective On or After this Date.

2. The Portal Group for Parents does not have the correct permissions to AUT

Resolution

On the Portal Options > Parent Data Changing > Authorizations tab for Display AUT Values Effective On or After this Date add a date

For Portal Groups for Parents, give Read and Update permissions to AUT
