Issue 

The email address from a Contact record is being included in the Send Emails list for a contact who is not a Parent or Ed Rights Holder.

Cause

An email address has been populated in the Email Address (CON.EM) field for a contact who is not a Parent or Ed Rights Holder.

Resolution

When an email address is provided for a person who is not Parent or Ed Rights Holder, populate the email address in the Additional Contact 1 (CON.CT1) field. From the pulldown menu, select E-mail and add the contact's email address in the next field.
