When Scheduling for next year, the custom Bell Schedule is not looked at when using the Scheduler to Schedule All Students. The Flex Periods are the Default Bell Schedule and if there are two that meet at the same time on the same date, this can cause scheduling Conflicts when running the Scheduler.  

Example: These Flex Periods below meet at the same time but the Class Calendars have them meeting on opposite dates, EXCEPT for a couple of weeks throughout where both meet on the same date but at different times based on the custom Bell Schedules.

Step 1: Remove the duplicate dates on one of the Class Calendars for each Flex Period that meets at the same time

Step 2: Run the Scheduler - (Schedule All Students)

Step 3: Add the dates back to the Class Calendar once the Scheduler is finished running
