How to make Parent/Guardian Education Level required during the Parent Data Confirmation process


Step 1: Go to the District Settings page and select Change at the bottom of the page


Step 2: Under District Settings, select the codes Identifying Parent/Guardian in Contacts (CON.CD) and select Parent Portal Only - Require First Name, Last Name, and Ed Level for Parent/Guardian.


Step 3: Go to Portal Groups for Parents and give Read, Insert, Update, and Delete permissions to the Contacts - CON Table


Step 4 : For CON, select the Fields Icon and give Read and Update permissions to ELV - Education Level
