A document that an Admin, Teacher, Parent, or Student is trying to upload has an extension that is not allowed. 

Cause

The document extension is not listed as an approved extension for your District. 

Resolution

Add the document extension to the Allowed File List. This can be found in School Info | Configurations | District Settings.
