The Import Data tool in Aeries does not currently support DRI or DRT. However, mass importing of DRI and DRT records can be done via SQL.
Hosted customers may submit an Excel or CSV file with the specified formatting through a support ticket and our TSE team can import the records.
Mass Importing Asset (DRT) Records
Fields required:
- RID - Resource ID*
Fields Recommended:
- TY - Type
- TI - Title
All other DRT fields are optional
*The RID can be auto-created by TSE if a specific number is not necessary
