The District and Campus Flexible Attendance Summary reports summarize the OFSDP/HSEP attendance program data for schools where students participate in the OFSDP/HSEP attendance program during each six weeks attendance reporting period within the school year. Attendance for the Flexible attendance programs must be reported in PEIMS Summer submission with each student's total minutes for the reporting period and the calculated equivalent days present.
The total minutes and eligible equivalent days on the District report should balance to the Campus Flexible Attendance Summary report for students in the Flexible attendance programs (ADA Eligibility codes 7 and 8 and Attendance Enrollment Flex-Att codes 1,2,6 ) at each school offering the program.
The Campus Flexible Attendance Summary can be printed by each school or at the district for any school.
The District Flexible Attendance Summary will show all grade levels for the district. This report summarizes the data for all schools chosen in the Report Options.

Print For Which Reporting Period? - select the six-week attendance reporting period to print. If multiple tracks exist at the school, the earliest date through the latest date, among all tracks, will be listed for the reporting period dates.
Recompute Attendance Reporting Details (ARD) Information: When selected will update all totals for the selected Reporting Period.
Attendance Certification Text: - Edit as needed. The text will be saved when the report is run.
