Overview
From the Reports tab, navigate to Student Data > Avery 6490 Grade Transcript Labels
This report supports Avery 6490 labels or compatible Diskette Labels format (2-11/16" x 2", 15 per Sheet) to print student Transcript labels for a specific Year and Term.

While minimum security of Read to HIS is needed to print the labels, since the labels also print GPAs, typically the user should also have permission to update the Grade Reporting GPAs and the Cumulative GPAs to ensure the labels have accurate information.
Options ↑
On the Report Options, enter the desired Term and Year. The default will be the current Semester and Year.
The following Options are available for the GPA:
- Total GPA (weighted)
- Academic GPA (weighted)
- Total GPA (non-weighted)
- Academic GPA (non-weighted)
Refer to GPA's, Credits and Class Rank Overview and Fields document for detailed information on the different types of GPAs.
There are additional options:
- Use Special Format - De-selecting this option will print the student's Course, Mark, Credits Attempted, Credits Earned for each Course, Semester GPA, and Total Credits Attempted and Total Credits Earned. Selecting this option will print the student's Course, Mark, Credits Earned for each Course, Cumulative GPA, and Semester GPA.
- Include Inactive Students - Choosing this option will print labels for Inactive Students
Samples of the labels are shown below. The first sample is without selecting the "Special Format" option. The second sample is with selecting the "Special Format" option.
NOTE: This report honors a Keep statement. For example, to print labels for only Seniors, first run this query: KEEP STU IF GR = 12
