Session Description

This session provides an overview of the configuration and use of the District Assets Module. The District Assets Module allows Districts to keep track of and monitor inventory of electronic devices such as tablets, iPads, and laptops, as well as traditional resources like textbooks and instructional materials. Items can be checked out and checked in for students and teachers, as well as inventoried using a unique district barcode. 

Session Objectives

Upon completing this Aeries training session, attendees should be able to:

  • Add assets and asset items into the District Assets tables
  • Mass update asset item details
  • Generate barcodes for assets
  • Check assets out to students and/or staff
  • Check assets in from students and/or staff
  • View the assets checked out to individual staff or students
  • Assign fees to students based on lost or damaged assets
  • Print reports and fee letters related to district assets
