Session Description

In “Creating & Maintaining Student Transcripts”, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes and procedures involved in managing student transcripts daily. The course will cover several topics, including the configuration of transcript definitions for multiple print formats, the maintenance of course records, and the review of the Course History Institutions Table.  

Session Content

In this session, participants will: 

  • Describe the process of maintaining student transcripts by adding, editing, and deleting transcript records 

  • Establish how to create new Transcript Definitions (TDF) 

  • Summarize the process of building transcripts for transfer students and printing transcripts for individual and multiple students 

  • Recognize the steps to print transcripts specifically for colleges and effectively utilize the College Request Table 

  • Identify the key skills required to configure and maintain student transcripts efficiently
