The UC ELC Extract allows for either district or school personnel to create extracts that include student demographic and transcript information. These extracts can be imported into the UC ELC School Portal for the California Eligibility in the Local Context (ELC) program and for the Student Contact Data file of the top 15% of the junior class. The Transcript Evaluation Service (TES) and the Final Data Extract (FN) are also available.

NOTE:  The Transcript Evaluation Service (TES) extract is usually provided twice per year.
The Fall TES extract includes the transcript records for the 9th - 12th grade students in the prior school year and should be run in the prior year Aeries database with the Include Work in Progress option unchecked.
The Spring TES extract includes the transcript records for the current 9th - 12th grade students along with their current work in progress. The Spring extract should be run in the current year Aeries database with the Work in Progress option checked and the Spring terms/Year term selected.

The UC ELC Extract is available at both the district and the school level. Each school will need to be configured and processed separately but this can be accomplished by one person logged into the District.
