The CDD-801A extract is a monthly report of families and children that received Early Learning and Care Division subsidized services. The CDD-801A extract creates a tab delimited file meeting the specifications of the file format as defined by the California Department of Education at https://www.cde.ca.gov/sp/cd/ci/cdd801fileformat.asp.


The CDD-801A Extract Configuration page provides a listing of all schools in the district. The listing will allow you to select which schools are to be included in the CDD-801A extract. Place a check mark by the schools that will be included in the extract. Click on the Save button to save the schools selected.



To extract the CDD-801A file, select the Submission Date and click the Run icon. The extract will begin processing.  


An Alert will appear notifying you that the CDD-801a Extract has finished processing. Alternately, the Alert message will notify you if there was no data available to extract for the Submission Date selected.  


All CDD-801a extract files processed with be listed in the CDD-801a Extracts window. To download a file click the Download icon to the left of the desired CDD-801a extract file.
