This error is a Warning.  This warning indicates that a STAS record has been indicated as exempt. 

Resolution:

This may be an accurate report of the student's attendance enrollment.  However, districts should verify that the student has an NPS enrollment in CALPADS or that the student's course section(s) have been reported as Home-Hospital Instruction.
