This error occurs because the Staff Assignments (SASS) extract file was submitted prior to the Staff Demographics (SDEM) extract file.  This error can also occur if the staff person was not included in the Staff Demographics (SDEM) extract file.

Resolution:

Do not submit the Staff Assignments (SASS) extract file until AFTER the Staff Demographics (SDEM) extract file has been posted error-free.  If the Staff Demographics (SDEM) extract file was posted first, check the staff record for any data entry errors that may have caused the Staff Demographics (SDEM) extract file to exclude the staff demographic record from the file.
