This error occurs because the submitted extract has enrollment data from the prior calendar year.  Each new year begins on July 1st.

Resolution:

Verify that the Enrollment Start Date in the submitted file is in the current academic year.  Submit a new Enrollment Update extract from Aeries from the current year.
