This error occurs when the UC/CSU Indicator is missing for a student.

Resolution:

In Aeries at the school site level, navigate to the Calculate College Entrance Reqs page located in School Info | Functions node.  Run the Calculate College Entrance Reqs process to update student UC/CSU Indicators.
