This error occurs because the Staff Gender or Date of Birth Year in Aeries does not match the data in CALPADS.

Resolution:

This could have been caused by previous incorrect data having been posted at CALPADS.  If so, the incorrect data needs to be corrected and updated at CALPADS.  In CALPADS, manually update the data to match the Aeries data. Then re‐submit the Staff Demographics File (SDEM).
