This error occurs because The SEID populated for the given Aeries Staff ID is not valid.

Resolution:

If the SEID this error is referring to is "9999999999", then remove the Staff Job Assignment Records for this staff member.  Otherwise, verify the SEID with your county and/or the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for the staff member.
