This error occurs because students are being reported to CALPADS as having completed a course/section that was not included in the course extract.


Resolution:

Confirm that the student did indeed take the course/section.  The Student Course Completion extract file should always be posted after the Course file has posted.


Also verify that the Teacher assigned to the section has a valid Staff ID # populated on the Teacher record.


Post the End of Year Staff/Course files in the following order:

  1. Staff Demographics (SDEM)
  2. Course (CRSC)
  3. Student Course Completion (SCSC)
