This error occurs because enrolled students are being reported to CALPADS without a record in Student Course Enrollment (SCSE).
Confirm that the student did indeed take coursework and is enrolled in a section (CAR) during Information Day. The Student Course Enrollment extract file should always be posted after the Course file has posted.
Also verify that the Teacher assigned to the section has a valid Staff ID # populated on the Teacher record.
Post the Fall 2 files in the following order:
- Staff Demographics (SDEM)
- Staff Assignments (SASS)
- Course (CRSC)
- Student Course Enrollment (SCSE)
