Navigate to Standards Based Grades > Configurations > Standards Based Setup

After the template has been pushed to the Standards Based Setup (SBE) table, it can be used to view and to print a blank report card. 

The Standards Based Setup page has a link to the Standards Based Report Card Templates at the top of the page. The Preview Report Card button can be used to print blank report cards.
