The Grades form under the Grade Reporting node will display grades by student and allow changes. Click on the Edit icon to change the page to edit mode. Make any necessary changes and when completed click on the Save icon.
Click on the Add New Record button to add a new Grade record. The cursor will display in the Per field in a new record at the bottom of the list. Enter a period, course number, teacher number, mark, credit, citizenship, work habits, absences/tardies and comment codes. When completed, click on the Save icon.
To recalculate the GPA, class rank and size for the student displayed after grades are changed, click on the Recompute button.
