The Language Assessment page in Aeries has a Print icon at the top right and a Print button at the bottom of the page that will generate the Language Assessment Data report for the displayed student. When printed from the page, the report includes Spanish scores, other scores, and comments, and prints one student per page.  This report will print the majority of the data from the Language Assessment page.  This report is also available from View All Reports to allow you to print ALL students. Additional print options are available when the report is printed from View All Reports (Student Data category):

• Print Spanish Scores
• Print Other Scores
• Print Comments
• Print One Student per Page
• Exclude English Only Students
• Include Inactive Students (selected by default; the other options are not selected by default)

At a school, specific students can be selected, and a KEEP/SKIP query is recommended for large schools. At the district level, a KEEP/SKIP query is required to run the report. The report requires Read permission to Language Assessment (LAC).
