The School Access form can be used to assign school access to all user accounts on one form. To use School Access, click School Access under the Security node on the navigation menu.
The following form will display. The Show Read Only Check Box option must be selected in order to see the box to grant Read Only access to the school. The form will display the user name, status and the school numbers on the top.
If the District has the Aeries Communications system turned on, the Show Communication Group Check Box option will display. This option must be selected in order to see the box to grant Communication Group access to the school.
Check boxes will display under the columns with school numbers. Moving the cursor over the school number will display the school name.
The first check box under a school number grants access to the school.
An additional check box under a school number appears if the Show Read Only Check Box option is selected and will be the box to check to restrict access to the school as Read Only.
An additional check box under a school number appears if the Show Communication Group Check Box option is selected and will be the box to check to manage inclusion in school-level groups for Aeries Communications.
