The Career Technical Education (SCTE) extract, available in Aeries Web, is reported to CALPADS during the EOY reporting period. The SCTE file extract will pull data from the Career Pathways (CPW) and Career Pathways History (CPH) tables.

Only students with a current academic year record Career Pathways History (CPH) associated with a Career Pathway (CPW.CD) record will pull into the SCTE extract file.   Also the Career Pathways History (CPH) record Level (LVL) field populated as Concentrator (2) or Completer (3) will only extract.  Career Pathways History (CPH) records with Level (LVL) of Non-Concentrator (1) will not be extracted in the SCTE file.

Below is an example of how a Concentrator will pull into the SCTE extract. The academic year and the pathway code are highlighted.  

If the Completer field on the student Career Pathways page is selected, the SCTE record will populate field 11.14 - CTE Pathway Completion Academic Year ID.
