The Career Technical Education (SCTE) extract, available in Aeries Web, is reported to CALPADS during the EOY reporting period. The SCTE file extract will pull data from the Career Pathways (CPW) and Career Pathways History (CPH) tables.

Only students with a current academic year record Career Pathways History (CPH) associated with a Career Pathway (CPW.CD) record will pull into the SCTE extract file.  Only Career Pathways History (CPH) records where the Level (LVL) field is populated as ‘Completer (3)’ will be extracted.  

If the Completer field on the student Career Pathways page is selected, the SCTE record will populate field 11.14 - CTE Pathway Completion Academic Year ID.
