There is a nightly process that can be enabled to automatically expire employers. It will populate the status field (EMP.TG) with an X if the expiration date has passed. This process is enabled on the Employer Nightly Process Config page. An email detailing employers that have been expired will be sent to the email address configured.

If there are no employers to mark as expired, an email will still be sent explaining that the process has been run.
