- Why are only X records uploaded in my Program entity (where X is the number of records in your entity)?
Answer: The program entity only includes the programs included in the ProgramType C303 table. - When I sync the Course Entity, why is the following message displayed: ‘There are no Results’ and 0 records uploaded.'
Answer: If you do not use any local course codes, this is the expected result. The TEA preloads the Course Entity information into each LEA's individual operational data store (IODS) on a yearly basis. Only state course codes are loaded by the TEA. - When I sync the Course Offering entity, why am I getting failed records with the message "The value supplied for the related 'course' resource does not exist".
Answer:Verify that the course is referencing an active Service ID and not one no longer in use.- Selecting an active Service ID for this course will resolve the error
OR - If a new course is created and students are moved to the new course, any course attendance or transcript records referencing this course need to be deleted. Even if the course and/or sections are set to Inactive.
Use this query for each course to find these records in course attendance:
