Staff ID Based Counselor Enabled Schools
Include Students who are Inactive in STU but are active in Special Education
Student Services and Teacher Option
Overview ↑
The Special Education Class List will print a detailed listing by Teacher or Counselor who have active Special Education records. The option is also available to print a detailed listing sorted by Student Services and Teacher according to the Student Services tab in the Special Education table. An option to include Inactive students that are currently active in Special Ed is also available.
Elementary School report options ↑
In elementary schools, the report will include options to print by Teacher, Counselor and Student Services and Teacher.
When Print by Teacher option is selected, the teacher number and teacher name will print according to the STU.CU field which is stored in the Teacher (TCH) table.
When Print by Counselor option is selected, the staff number and staff name will print according to the STU.CNS field which is stored in the Staff (STF) table.
Both of these fields are derived from data on the Student Demographics page.
Secondary School Report Options ↑
In a secondary school, the report options will include printing by Counselor and Student Services and Teacher.
When Print by Counselor is selected, the report will print the Counselor number and name according to the Counselor field on Student Demographics. If the Staff ID based counselor option is not enabled, then STU.CU is used, otherwise, STU.CNS is used.
Flex School Report options ↑
This report supports Flex schools and schools where primary class tracking is enabled.
In a flex school where primary class tracking is enabled, the report options will include printing by Primary Teacher, Counselor and Student Services and Teacher.
When Print by Primary Teacher is selected, the report will display the Primary Teacher's staff number and name according to the Primary Teacher of the student.
When Print by Counselor is selected, the report will print the Counselor number and name according to the Counselor (STU.CNS) field in Student Demographics.
Staff ID Based Counselor Enabled Schools ↑
This report supports schools using Staff ID Based Counselor settings.
In a secondary or flex school where Staff ID Based Counselor options have been enabled, the report options page will include printing by Counselor and Student Services and Teacher.
The Counselor name will display with the staff ID number and the staff name according to the Counselor (STU.CNS) field on Student Demographics. This field contains the staff ID number and name from the Staff table.
Include Students who are Inactive in STU but are active in Special Education ↑
This report has the option to also include students who are inactive in the STU table that have an active record in Special Education (CSE). Select whether or not to include inactive students prior to running the report.
Student Services and Teacher Option ↑
When the option Print by Student Services and Teacher is selected, the report will print by the Student Services according to the CSV table.
