Configure Field Permissions for an Enroll Path API


1. Access the API Security configuration
  1. Navigate to API Security.
  2. Select the API configuration used by Enroll Path.
2. Configure Field Permissions
  1. Open the selected API configuration.
  2. Scroll to the Field Permissions section near the bottom of the page.
  3. Select View Field Permissions.
  4. Review the list of available tables and fields.
  5. Enable permissions for the tables and fields required by your Enroll Path process.
  6. Save your changes.
3. Use the updated permissions in Enroll Path
  1. After saving the Field Permissions, return to Enroll Path.
  2. Verify that the required data is available to the enrollment process.
  3. If additional tables or fields are needed, update the API Field Permissions accordingly and save the changes.
