How is the identifier school determined in the OneRoster v1.1 users.csv orgSource field when a student is active at multiple schools?

The school used in users.csv column L (identifier) is determined by the first extracted school under which the student is encountered during the OneRoster extract. This is controlled by the top‑to‑bottom order of selected schools in the OneRoster Extract Schools configuration.
