Aeries offers two scheduling platforms – Traditional (Classic) Scheduling and Flex Scheduling – each using different tables and fields to support simple and complex bell schedules. This session explores how sections are defined and managed across both platforms to accommodate a variety of scheduling models.
Session Content
In this session, participants will:
- Compare the structural differences between Traditional (Classic) Scheduling and Flex Scheduling in Aeries
- Learn how to define sections to support complex bell schedules in each platform
- Create Odd-Day/Even-Day schedules, A-Day/B-Day schedules, and rotating period schedules
Identify best practices for building and maintaining complex schedules across different scheduling models
