User Account Permission Limitations for Programs, Reports & Query

- Program tab in Student Banner - Users will see this tab, but it does not display any data if there are Programs present.
- Reports - Access is based on which tables the User has access to and only shows the reports related to those tables.
- Query - Access allows them to query the tables they have Read permissions to. If a User does not have Read permission to any tables, they will still see the Query menu item, but they will only see a Table = XX and cannot query:
