Issue Description: Discrepancies in Chronic Absent data on the dashboard


Cause: No district calendar

 

Resolution:

  1. Verify District Calendar:

    • Ensure that the District Calendar is correctly set up at school 0

    • If the calendars match across the district, use the Push and Pull Setup Tables feature to push the Calendar (DAY) from another school to school 0

  2. Update Attendance History:

    • Navigate to the Attendance History Config page and use the “Update All Schools Now” option. This updates the attendance history across all schools in the district.
  3. Process Indicators:

    • Go to the Analytics System Config page and use the “Process All Indicators Now” option or wait for the process to run overnight.
