Issue Description: Discrepancies in Chronic Absent data on the dashboard
Cause: No district calendar
Resolution:
Verify District Calendar:
- Ensure that the District Calendar is correctly set up at school 0
If the calendars match across the district, use the Push and Pull Setup Tables feature to push the Calendar (DAY) from another school to school 0
- Ensure that the District Calendar is correctly set up at school 0
Update Attendance History:
- Navigate to the Attendance History Config page and use the “Update All Schools Now” option. This updates the attendance history across all schools in the district.
Process Indicators:
- Go to the Analytics System Config page and use the “Process All Indicators Now” option or wait for the process to run overnight.
