Issue

The Monthly Attendance Summary Report is showing a page for a Program (STU.SP, STU.AP1, or STU.AP2) that is not recognized as being used

Cause

A student is incorrectly (or unknowingly) tagged with the Program (STU.SP, STU.AP1, or STU.AP2) 

Solution

1. Run the Monthly Attendance Report for the month that correlates to the Monthly Attendance Summary report

• Check to see which Monthly Attendance Summary report first experienced the issue of the erroneous Program page. Run the matching month's Monthly Attendance Report

2. On the Monthly Attendance Report, identify the page with the erroneous Program listed. For the students listed on that page, update the Student's Demographics page where the code exists. 

• This may be either a Program (STU.SP) code, an Attendance Program 1 (STU.AP1) code, or Attendance Program 2 (STU.AP2) code

3. Update the student's Attendance Enrollment page as well, by removing the erroneous code.

4. Re-run the Monthly Attendance Summary Reports with the Recompute YTD Information box selected, for all months back to the Month that the issue originally occurred
