Issue: Using ParentSquare to contact students who have Graduated early from your District.


Recommendations:


  1. Add a Personal Email Address for Graduating student:

    • Navigate to the Demographic Page and click the Student Data 2 tab.
    • Click on the Change Button.
    • Add a personal email address for the student under the Stu Email Address field.
    • Once a personal email address has been added for the student click on the Save Button to save the changes.

  2. Querying Early Grad Students:

  • Run a query to generate a list of student emails.
  • Upload the .csv file into ParentSquare using student contact information.
  • Create a post for the Early Grad students.




3. Contacting Parents:

  • Create a query file with Parent Contact information.
  • Use this file to manage Parent communications.
