When the Staff Scheduling Information fields for SSI.LO and SSI.HI are populated in Flex schools, these values will be used when creating a Gradebook or copying a Gradebook (including Mass Copy). These become the default values used for determining the Low Grd and High Grd for a newly added gradebook. 

Step 1: Navigate to the Staff page

Step 2: Add data to the Scheduling Info (SSI) header

• Add data to each field 

Step 3: Select the Floppy Disc Icon to save the data
