The Transcript is not populating the Subject Area, Credits Req'd, Compl, and Needed columns on the Credit Summary for some students.
Environment
- School type-Secondary
Cause
This will occur when the School Options page has the High Grade set higher than 12. Even if the school has students with a grade level higher than 12, the Graduation Requirements function for grades 9-12.
Resolution
On School Options, set the High Grade to no higher than 12.
