Question: Why are some schools getting an error when trying to run the Student ID Card Report in XLSX format?

Answer: This report will produce an error when running the XLSX Report Delivery option at schools that have more than 400 students. 

Solution: A KEEP Query must be be run to limit the number of students to smaller batches for this report to render.
