How to create a District GPA for a specific Subject Area using GPA Configurations. This can be used for the State Seal of Biliteracy or where applicable.


Step 1: Navigate to the GPA Configurations page at the District level


Step 2: Click on the Add District GPA


Step 3: Fill out the applicable fields on the form. The following areas are required for a Specific Subject Area GPA:

Once you have followed the set up from the GPA Configurations article, the District GPA for the Subject Area will be displayed on the Transcripts page



Note: The Subject Area GPA will not print on the Transcript, but the Subject Area GPA can be queried. The fields to query are the following:
  • DGP.LNM
  • DGP.CNW
  • GPA.GPN
