The district has decided to delete a Student Record but is unable to delete the record.

Cause

The Student Record has Attendance and/or Gradebook Scores attached.

Resolution

Remove any Attendance and delete the student from any Gradebook that they are associated with

Workaround

No Show the Student so all Attendance and Gradebook Scores are deleted.

Please note: The decision to delete an unduplicated student record is always at the discretion of the district. Aeries does not recommend deleting unduplicated student records but rather inactivating them.
