Online Enrollment can collect the Education Level for Parent/Guardian 1 and Parent/Guardian 2.
Step 1. Navigate to Online Enrollment Admin Database
Step 2. Select Questions and Codes tab
- Ask Education Level should be set to Yes
Parent/Guardians 1 & 2 will then be prompted to enter Education Level
As long as Ask Education is set to yes, the Education Level field will be required during the Online Enrollment Process. Parents will not be able to move forward without filling in the Education Level. The following red error message will be displayed:
Please note: If there is no Parent/Guardian 2 listed, only Parent/Guardian 1 Education Level will be required. If both Parent/Guardian 1 & 2 are filled out, both Education Levels will be required
