1. Select School Info > Configurations > Google Apps Integration
2. Open the Google Service Account Settings tab and populate all of the fields:
NOTE: The information for this tab comes from the Google API Console
- API Integration ID - the name of the project created for the integration
- User to Impersonate - the super admin account used to create the API project
- Student Domain - the domain students belong to, used for linking and/or creating student Google accounts (i.e., everything after the “@” symbol in the student's Google account)
- Teacher Domain - the domain teachers belong to, used for linking teacher Google accounts when using the Google Classroom integration
- Service Account Client ID - the Client ID from the service account
- Service Account Email Address - the email address from the service account
- JSON Private Key File Name (Legacy support for P12 files as well) - the name of the JSON key file created in the API console.
NOTE: The JSON file should be placed in the AppSettings folder for every Aeries instance (e.g., Admin, Teacher, Student and Parent Portal) on the web server and the AeriesReporting\Service folder of the Aeries Reporting Server.
3. Click Save
A green checkmark will appear for each sync type under Configuration Status when everything is configured correctly
