Issue: Student Demographic Primary Contact fields (CON.FW, CON.MW) are showing incorrect data.

Cause
Contact data in the Contact table has changed or been deleted.
Resolution
As the Primary Contact fields on the Student Demographic page are not editable by free text, the fields must be re-linked when changes are to made in the Contact table that require new field data to be displayed. Re-link the Primary Contact (STU.FW, STU.MW) field to the Contact record and field that needs to be displayed. If the field should be blank, re-link the Primary Contact to a blank phone field on the appropriate Contact record.
Click the Link for Primary Contact 1 or Primary Contact 2 accordingly to be taken to the Contact table
Click the Link icon on the Contact to link:
Choose the new field to be linked:
If a Contact record that was linked has been deleted from the Contact page prior to removing the link to a Primary Contact Number, click on the Contact who still has a Primary Contact Number linked in the Primary Contact 1 field to open the linking options. In the Primary Contact 2 field, choose None in the Field pulldown menu. Click Save.
Simply updating a telephone number in the Contact Record will only cascade to the Primary Contact fields on the Demographics page IF the field that is already linked is the field that is updated.
