When viewing the Scores pages in a Gradebook a student displays Not Applicable in the score field even though they are an active student in the Gradebook. 

Cause

In the Gradebook, under the Manage Students area the student has incorrect start and end dates that are either in the past or set to future dates that have not occurred yet.

Resolution

Correct the Start and End Dates to be valid current active dates in Manage Students for the student displaying the Not Applicable in the Scores fields.
