Once Copy Students to Summer School has been completed, students can be manually entered into the Summer School just like a student who returns to the district mid year: 
1. Navigate to the Summer School
2. Navigate to the Demographics page
3. Click Add
4. Search for Student using Last Name, First Name, Birthdate, or ID
5. Select the Student 
6. Click Transfer Student 
    This makes a copy of the Student record into the summer school


7. Save the Student record


If Attendance has already been Initialized - please also follow Steps 8+

8. Add Student Schedule (Classes) 

9. Navigate to Demographics page for the new student

10. Click Update Attendance


11. Complete the fillable form with student's Attendance Start information



NOTE: If the student is brand new to the district, they must first be entered into the current year database at the school they will attend the following year and then transferred into the Summer School with the above process.
