Change – some find the word scary, others exciting! In the past few years, school districts and the Aeries have encountered a lot of change. Join members of the Aeries Leadership team as we talk about some of the strategies we have used to support staff members through times of change, and to share with us your thoughts on strategies and challenges for navigating change in districts and schools.
