Admin user type automatically have access to the Golden State Seal Merit Diploma screen. Non-admin user types will need permission to the Activities and Awards (ACT) table. Read to ACT is required to view the screen. Update to ACT will allow the user to save the options on the form and to process the students. Insert to ACT is required for users to add the Golden State Seal Merit Diploma records to the Activities (ACT) table for the students that qualified for the award and have a Completion Code (STU.HSG) other than 480 and a valid Completion Date (STU.DG) on the Student Data 2 screen. Records are only added for students in grade 12.
