  • (1) 10011-0010: If SHARED-SVCS-ARRANGEMT-TYPE-CODE is 10, then FISCAL-AGENT-DISTRICT-ID must match a Regional Day School Program for the Deaf fiscal agent district in the Texas School Directory.
  • (1) 41163-0026: If REG-DAY-SCH-PROG-DEAF-CODE is not 0, there must be at least one SSA where SHARED-SVCS-ARRANGEMT-TYPE-CODE is 10.
  • (1) 41163-0036: If DISTRICT-OF-RDSPD-SERVICE is not blank, then DISTRICT-OF-RDSPD-SERVICE for a SpecialEducationProgramAssociation must match FISCAL-AGENT-DISTRICT-ID on a SSA where SHARED-SVCS-ARRANGEMT-TYPE-CODE is 10.

  • 10011-0011: For a particular DISTRICT-ID, if more than one SSA is reported with the same SHARED-SVCS-ARRANGEMT-TYPE-CODE, a special warning message will display for verification.

Additional Rules:

  • GR1: PEIMS Submission 1: The SSAOrgAssociationExtension Complex Type must be reported by each LEA which participates in or is a member of an SSA. This includes the ESCs serving as fiscal agents for a particular SSA.
  • 10011-000A: The combination of the following fields must be unique for each SSA: DISTRICT-ID, SHARED-SVCS-ARRANGEMT-TYPE-CODE, and FISCAL-AGENT-DISTRICT-ID.
  • 10011-000B: For an SSA, the following must be provided: DISTRICT-ID, SHARED-SVCS-ARRANGEMT-TYPE-CODE, and FISCAL-AGENT-DISTRICT-ID.
  • 30090-0055: If the first six characters of CAMPUS-ID do not match DISTRICT-ID, an SSA should be reported.
