Can Aeries Query return Security Group members with Staff and User Table Data?

No. Unfortunately, there is no way to Query Staff Tables (STF, STJ, STA) and User Tables (UGN, UGA, UGP) together because it would require joining the UGN table twice, which Aeries Query does not support.
