Improving attendance and reducing tardies isn’t about writing a tougher policy—it's about building consistency and reinforcing culture. When tardy policies are automated with clear, repeatable workflows, the change shows up fast: no more tardy lines, quick and consistent follow-up, and more instructional minutes protected. And when students are motivated to participate and feel they are recognized and belong, they are more likely to show up every day. In this session, we’ll chat about the most common reasons tardy policies fall short and share a pratical model for moving from “we track it” to “we act on it”. You’ll see how schools use Minga to support on-time arrival and tardy follow-through with campus-wide consistency, while tying in behavior and student engagement to build a culture students actually want to show up for – on time.
